USA Network has created a bunch of original series that run during the summer. I think this is absolutely brilliant, and I love that now I can watch new episodes instead of re-runs. One of my favorite shows is Burn Notice. It's about Michael Westen, who used to be a spy, but got burned (which is spy talk for fired), so he's stuck in Miami and he uses his spy knowledge to do odds and ends for people in trouble.
Season 3 starts tonight and I'm so excited! The season 2 finale had Michael jumping out of a helicopter into the ocean, so I've been waiting for this!! All in all though, even though they're oh-so-good at leaving me hanging, I love this show. The characters are awesome, the story lines are very enthralling, and the humor just about kills me. My DVR is all set. Thank you USA!
