IT'S NOVEMBER! I've been waiting for it to get here. In about two weeks, I'm going to Vegas for Aviation Nation 2009 at Nellis Air Force Base, home of my favorites, the Thunderbirds.
Of course I'm super excited! And of course, I am in need of a vacation, even just a three day vacation. I will take it, especially when I get to do one of my very favorite things. I love airshows and I love jet noise, I love F-16's, F-22's, A-10's, C-17's, F-4's, F-18's, all of it!
And I'm actually kind of excited to see Vegas too. I've been there at least four times, but I've never really BEEN there. I went twice for band competition's in high school. I've been twice with my dad. This time I'm actually staying in a hotel just off the Strip, I'm going with friends, and I think it's going to be good to get away for a minute or two.
Don't worry Mom, we won't be there long enough to get in too much trouble. :)
