I had to go to Michael's today for Outback. When I was waiting to check out, there was only a young mother in front of me, and the cashier was ringing up her items. Her daughter and son were in the cart. If I had to guess, I'd say the girl was about four and the boy was about two. They were done with shopping, even if mom wasn't, and so they were fighting.
The mother paused for a moment to pull them apart and as calmly as could be said,
"C'mon you two, I really want you to survive this."
Priceless.
